Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Build trusted relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for growth and product adoption
- Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- Manage renewals and retention metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and sales
Requirements
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing portfolios of SMB, mid-market, or enterprise clients
- Data-driven approach and ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- SaaS or Tech industry experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with CRM or CS platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight)
