Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Build trusted relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for growth and product adoption
  • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing support
  • Manage renewals and retention metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and sales


Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing portfolios of SMB, mid-market, or enterprise clients
  • Data-driven approach and ability to manage multiple priorities


Nice to Have

  • SaaS or Tech industry experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience with CRM or CS platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight)
