Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and manage new business opportunities
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Meet with clients, understand needs, and propose solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance)
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- 2–10+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in: Telecom, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, SaaS, or similar industries
- Strong hunting mentality and quota achievement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and resilience
