Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and manage new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Meet with clients, understand needs, and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance)
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity


Requirements

  • 2–10+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience in: Telecom, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, SaaS, or similar industries
  • Strong hunting mentality and quota achievement
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and resilience


Nice to Have

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
